Shipping & Handling
Shipping to addresses in the US is via UPS and DHL. Orders are shipping from Living Foods, LLC within 1-2 days of receipt and USPS delivery time is based on your choice of ground, 2-day or overnight shipping.

Shipping & Handling cost is based on Real Time shipping rates for UPS and DHL. Additional costs apply for shipping to Canada & Mexico.


For larger orders (25 or more), please contact us for a price quote on shipping/handling costs.

International Orders
At this time, we do not accept online orders from outside of North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico). For orders being shipped to Canada or Mexico, click here.

For orders being shipped to the United Kingdom, please order from SafeRemedies.

Other geographic regions have local distributors. We suggest that, for faster service, you place your order with the distributor which serves your country. If you would prefer to order from us, please contact us directly with your request, and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order.

Quantity Discounts

Quantity Discounts are available for orders of 4 or more tubs. Please see our Order page for details.

Sales Tax

Sales tax at the rate of 7.3% applies to all orders being shipped to Kansas. No sales tax will be charged for orders being shipped to other destinations or for bulk wholesale/resale orders.

Methods of Payment

We accept payment by credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or purchase orders.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order that is in process, but has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped by the time that we receive your message, we will need to wait for the order to return to us before your credit card can be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, as the credit card processing company charges us for processing your credit card and for issuing refunds.

Refunds
No guarantees are offered, except in regards to the quality and freshness of products. No refunds will be issued for products which are returned in opened or non-resaleable condition.

All returns must be made within 90 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or online order confirmation.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the original credit card used for purchase.

Out of Stock Notification
While we do not anticipate being out of stock with any of our products, if you are ordering a large quantity and we do not have sufficient quantities on hand to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email within 1-2 days. We will fulfill the order as soon as the product is in stock or will issue a full refund to your credit card, whichever you request.
